Every year; during the Month of Ramadhan, MDO collects and distributes Iftar (food for those who fast) to the poor and needy in various areas of Kenya.

Our target is to distribute food parcels to 2,000 families. Each food parcel costs Ksh 1,500.00 (US$ 25).

We shall also be collecting zakat and other donations for our projects and programmes.
